That said, the anchor of this amazing experience are the summer cocktails, based with spirits, craft beers and ciders. Punch Bowl will be working with the finest local and international spirit, beer and cider companies to showcase their products during the event.

Next on the roster is the PUNCHBOWL Summer Food Exposition. BBQ’d delights, meat on a spit, fresh fish, vegan faire and so many other options will be prepared by several of the city’s best chefs. Sample several small bites or enjoy an entree as there will an entire section of this event showcasing some of Vancouver’s best BBQ.
